Above Average started out as a couple guys in Dave's basement meeting for the first time to see what we all could bring to the table. Things just clicked and we started an album that night. All songs are written and produced by Lu, Dave, and Nick. Kayoum holds it steady rockin the hooks and for live shit we've got a little help from our friends. Our goal is to make real hip-hop, no bullshit just raw lyrics on hot tracks. The title of the album is Practice Listening becuase there's too many drones, too much hearing, not enough listening.
